- How quickly do you reply?
- Within one working day for payment and download issues, and usually within two for research questions. We work Monday to Saturday, Indian Standard Time.
- My payment went through but the report did not unlock.
- It almost always clears itself within a few minutes once the gateway confirms the payment. If it has not, email us with the Razorpay payment ID from your confirmation and we will release the download manually.
- Can I get an invoice with my GSTIN?
- Yes. Send us the order reference and your GSTIN and we will issue a tax invoice against that purchase.
- Do you give investment advice?
- No. We publish research, not recommendations, and we are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst acting for you. What to do with the analysis is your decision, ideally taken with a registered adviser.
- Can I share a report with my team?
- Each report is licensed to the person who bought it, and every PDF carries that buyer's email. For a team, write to us about a bulk licence rather than forwarding the file.
