B. Transaction & Payment Information: When you purchase reports or subscriptions, our payment partner (Razorpay) processes your payment details. We store only necessary transactional references (such as Razorpay Order ID, Payment ID, amount paid, and timestamp). We never see or store your full credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs on our servers.

C. Technical & Activity Logs: We collect server logs, IP address, browser type, report view history, and download activity logs to prevent fraudulent chargebacks, maintain security, and optimize performance.

3. How We Use Your Data

To grant instant access to purchased digital research reports and manage your account.
To generate personalized, cryptographically signed and watermarked download links.
To send critical transactional notifications, payment confirmations, and password reset links via email.
To protect against piracy, unauthorized distribution, and fraud.
To comply with regulatory obligations and legal reporting requirements.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We share minimal, strictly necessary data with trusted service providers to operate our platform:

Razorpay Software Private Limited: PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor for secure payment processing.
Cloudflare R2: Encrypted cloud storage for PDF reports and media assets.
SMTP Infrastructure: For transactional email delivery (purchase receipts and verification).

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties or advertising brokers under any circumstance.

5. Data Security

We implement modern industry-standard security measures, including HTTPS/TLS 1.3 encryption across all web traffic, hashed and salted passwords (bcrypt), secure HTTP-only cookies, and restricted cloud credentials.

6. Cookies & Tracking

We use strictly essential first-party cookies for secure authentication sessions (Auth.js) and session state. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or ad networks to profile your browsing activity across other websites.
